SIOR conducts a structured process, involving application and credential review at both the local (chapter) and national levels.  Applications are accepted and reviewed throughout the year on a rolling basis and typically take 1-3 months to process.

Application instructions:

• Review all relevant requirements for application and membership, including SIOR Bylaws Excerpts regarding membership, Code of Ethical Principals and Standards of Professional Practice available on SIOR’s national website.
• Contact the chapter admissions chair, Jeff Ruscigno with questions regarding the chapter review process.
• Complete an application entirely and attach all required supporting documentation, as well as the non-refundable application fee.  Find all required application information on SIOR’s national website.
• Send a photograph (headshot in business attire, color preferred) to be used in SIOR’s membership directory upon approval of your application.  Please note: submitting photos is optional.  Any photos submitted will not be returned.
• Keep in contact with the Admissions Manager to track your application through the approval process.
